I personally perceive this song as an argument against the pathos of modern psychology and modern remedies for depression (serotonin reuptake inhibitors). It is necessary to be sad, and when it becomes unbearable, weep and sob. Men, women, children, old people - all people.
Mancho resists stereotypes about strong macho men. There is no place for such patterns in his world. He generally mentions a lot about tears, but here it is the main theme. We must surrender to powerlessness, we must experience it to its full depth.
